Privacy Policy
AR Trafaret is designed to process your sketches and augmented reality content locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives your camera feed or selected images.
Information We Do Not Receive
We do not directly receive names, email addresses, contacts, camera images, photos selected by the user, or user-created AR placement content. Advertising and App Store partners may process limited technical information as described below.
Camera Access
AR Trafaret asks for camera access so it can show augmented reality content in the real world. The camera feed is used on your device for AR positioning and preview. Camera images are not uploaded to us, stored by us, or shared with us.
Photo Library Access
AR Trafaret asks for photo library access so you can choose a sketch or image to use as an AR stencil. The selected image is used locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us, stored on our servers, or shared with us.
Local Processing And Local Storage
Image display, opacity changes, scaling, rotation, mirroring, calibration grid display, and AR placement happen locally on your device.
The app may store settings on your device, such as the Remove Ads entitlement, saved AR placement, opacity, scale, and control preferences. You can remove local app data by deleting the app. A completed Remove Ads purchase remains associated with your Apple ID and can be restored through the App Store.
Remove Ads Purchase
AR Trafaret offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. It is not a subscription.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app may receive product information and purchase entitlement status from Apple so it can disable ads and restore the purchase.
Advertising
Unless Remove Ads has been purchased, AR Trafaret may show an interstitial advertisement before some image imports. If an ad is unavailable, the app continues to the image picker after a short wait.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may automatically process information such as IP address used to estimate general location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad interactions, product interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data. This information may be used to provide, measure, limit, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising, and for analytics and fraud prevention.
Third-Party Services
AR Trafaret uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent choices. Google handles data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
AR Trafaret uses Apple App Store services and Unity In-App Purchasing to process and restore the Remove Ads purchase. Apple handles purchase information according to the Apple Privacy Policy.
The app does not use third-party cloud storage or an account system for your sketches.
Consent And Privacy Choices
Where required, AR Trafaret uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent before loading ads. Depending on your region and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads.
On iOS, AR Trafaret also uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver more relevant ads and measure advertising across apps or websites owned by other companies. If you decline, the app remains fully functional and Google may serve non-personalized or limited ads without access to the IDFA.
You can reopen available advertising privacy choices from Settings in the app. You can change the Apple tracking permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also disable advertising in AR Trafaret by completing the optional Remove Ads purchase.
Children's Privacy
AR Trafaret is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your camera images or selected sketches. Google may process advertising-related data and Apple may process purchase-related data as described in this policy and in their own policies.
Data Retention
AR Trafaret does not retain your sketches or AR content on our servers. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or delete the app. Google and Apple may retain information according to their respective privacy policies.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app changes. If we add features or SDKs that collect data, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated.
